Do You Ship Outside India?

Yes, we ship outside India. To place an international order and have Mayth products delivered to your doorstep, please email us at maythskincare@gmail.com.

International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may vary depending on the destination and will be payable by the customer.

Will I Have to Pay Shipping Charges on Every Purchase?

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value, as notified on our website from time to time.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at many serviceable locations at no additional charge. The shipping charges displayed during checkout will be considered final.

Will I Receive an Invoice With My Order?

Yes. The invoice will be emailed to the email address provided when placing the order.

Which Courier Agencies Do You Use?

To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship through reputable courier agencies.

How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will generally be shipped on the same working day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Can I Request Customized Delivery Terms?

We will try our best to accommodate special delivery requests, including expedited delivery, delivery during a particular time, or deferred delivery.

Can I Refuse the Package at the Time of Delivery?

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or the packaging appears tampered with, opened, leaking, or damaged, please refuse to accept the package.
